From your first message to a live website
Six steps, clear payments, and no stage where you are left wondering what is happening. This is exactly how every project runs.
We talk for 20 minutes
On WhatsApp, on a call or in person. What you sell, who buys it, what you want the website to do for you. You get a fixed price and a date at the end of that conversation, not a vague "we shall see".
You pay half and send your bits
Mobile Money or bank. We send you a short list: logo, photos, your services and prices, your contact details. If you are missing something we tell you exactly what to shoot with your phone.
We write the pages
We write the actual words that go on your site so you do not have to. You read it, tell us what we got wrong about your business, and we fix it.
We build and show you
You see the real site on a private link, on your own phone. You tell us what to change. Two rounds of changes are included, most people use one.
We put it live and set up Google
Domain, hosting, SSL padlock, Google Business Profile, Search Console and the sitemap. You pay the balance. The accounts are in your name.
We show you how to run it
A short training session so you can change text, prices and photos yourself, plus 30 days of free fixes. After that you are never locked in.
What actually delays websites
Not the building. Nine times out of ten a project stalls because the content never arrives: the photos are "coming tomorrow" for three weeks, or nobody has time to write the About page.
That is why we write your pages for you and ask for one short, specific list of things on day one. You are not being asked to produce a website. You are being asked to answer questions about your own business and send some photos.
If you go quiet
We will follow up twice. After 30 days with no response we pause the project and keep your work safe for six months. Restarting costs nothing, we just pick up where we stopped. Life happens and we would rather that than lose your deposit in a disagreement.
Your day-one list
Send these and we can move immediately:
- Business name exactly as you want it written
- Phone, WhatsApp, email, physical location
- Your services and roughly what each costs
- Logo file if you have one
- 8-15 photos: your work, products, premises, team
- Two websites you like, and what you like about them
- Your opening hours
- Social media links, if you use them
Missing several of these? Still message us. We work with what exists and tell you how to get the rest cheaply.
What happens on launch day
The part where most handovers go wrong. Here is our checklist.
Domain and hosting in your name
Registered with your email and your details. We give you the login for both in writing, and you change the password.
The https padlock
Installed and forced, so nobody sees a "not secure" warning on your site.
Google told about every page
Search Console verified, sitemap submitted, pages requested for indexing so you appear in days, not months.
Business Profile connected
Your Google Maps listing points at the new site and the details match exactly.
Forms tested for real
We send a test through every form and confirm it arrives in your inbox, not in spam.
Speed checked on a phone
Tested on mobile data on a real handset, not just on a fast office connection.
Backup taken
A full copy stored away from the server, so day one can always be restored.
Training and recording
We show you how to edit text, prices and photos, and record it so you can watch again in six months.
Your passwords, written down
One document with every login for everything. Yours to keep, ours to forget.
How revisions work, so nobody argues later
Two rounds are included, and they happen at the review stage before launch. A round means you go through the site, write down everything you want changed, and send it as one list. We do the whole list, then you review again.
What that covers: text, colours, photos, section order, adding or removing bits within the agreed page count. What it does not cover: deciding after approval that the whole site should look completely different, or adding four new pages. Those are quoted separately at the add-on prices, and we will always tell you the number before starting.
After launch you get 30 days of free fixes for anything broken or not as agreed - that is separate from revisions and it is not limited.
What we ask of you
- Send changes as one list, not fifteen separate messages over four days.
- Decide who decides. If three people must approve, gather their comments before sending.
- Reply within a few days at review stage, while the work is fresh.
- Be specific. "Make it pop" is hard. "The green is too dark, try lighter" we can act on immediately.
Step one takes twenty minutes
Message us and we will ask you the questions that produce a fixed quote and a delivery date. No obligation after that.
