Website redesign and repair
Your site is slow, dated, broken on phones, or nobody can update it. Send us the link and we will tell you straight whether to fix it or rebuild it - and which one costs you less.
The five complaints we hear every week
See if yours is on this list. All of them are fixable.
- "It takes forever to open." Usually huge uploaded images and a bloated page builder. Often fixable in a day without touching the design.
- "It looks broken on my phone." Built desktop-first years ago. Sometimes patchable, often faster to rebuild the pages properly.
- "I cannot update anything myself." Either you were never given the login, or the site was built in a way that makes editing scary. Both solvable.
- "The developer disappeared." Very common. We help you recover control of the domain and hosting first, before touching the design.
- "Nobody finds it on Google." Usually no Business Profile, no proper titles, and pages Google was never told about.
First, we tell you if you even need us
Send the link on WhatsApp. Sometimes the whole problem is a cheap hosting plan, and moving hosts costs a fraction of a redesign. We will say that instead of quoting you for a new website you do not need.
The free check we run
No cost, no obligation, usually back to you the same day:
- How long it takes to open on a phone on mobile data
- Whether it works properly on small screens
- What Google currently shows for your business name
- Whether your Business Profile exists and is claimed
- Whether the contact form still reaches anyone
- Whether the software is dangerously out of date
- Who the domain is actually registered to
Fix it or rebuild it?
There is no single right answer. Here is how we decide with you.
Repair makes sense when
- The design is acceptable, it is just slow
- The content is good and up to date
- It is built on WordPress with sane plugins
- You have the logins, or we can recover them
- Google already sends you some traffic worth protecting
From UGX 200,000, depending on what is broken.
Rebuild makes sense when
- It was never built for phones at all
- The content no longer matches what you do
- It sits on a platform you cannot escape or edit
- It has been hacked or is full of plugins nobody understands
- Fixing it costs more than half a new site
From UGX 350,000, same as a new build.
A rebuild done carelessly can lose you your Google position
If your old site has pages Google already knows about and you launch a new one with different addresses and no redirects, those pages become dead ends. Traffic you spent years earning disappears overnight. It happens constantly and it is entirely avoidable.
- We list every existing page address before we touch anything
- Every old address is redirected to its new equivalent
- Titles and text that were already ranking are kept, then improved
- The old site is fully backed up before launch, so we can go back
- We watch Search Console for two weeks after launch and fix what drops
Recovering a site you have lost access to
This is one of the most common calls we get. The developer stopped answering, and everything - domain, hosting, even the Facebook page - is in their account.
It is usually recoverable. Domains can be transferred with proof of ownership, and hosting companies will talk to the person paying the bill. We have walked several clients through it. Bring us whatever receipts and emails you still have and we will start from there.
Send us your website link
We will look at it properly and tell you what is wrong, what it costs to fix, and whether it is even worth fixing. Free, and usually the same day.
